Diagnosis
Female with side lobes of mesoscutum, axillae, lateral and posterior parts of scutellum and propodeum yellowish-brown; pronotum with a transverse carina close to posterior margin; fore wing speculum open below; dorsellum hidden under scutellum; propodeum with a wide and complete median carina.
Distribution
Costa Rica.
Biology
From gall midge (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) leaf galls on Nectandra membranacea (Lauraceae).
